Hill & Valley Club

Hill & Valley Club is a community organisation in Hayward, California, with a hall available to rent for events. Organisers can enquire about reserving the space by phone or through the website's contact form. The venue publishes hourly rates for different days of the week, as well as a Saturday full-day option. Setup and clean-up time count towards the booked hours, so organisers can include these in their scheduling and budget.

The club's website highlights practical details that can be discussed before booking, including tables and chairs, the security deposit, payment timing, kitchen facilities, rules for serving alcohol and how late an event may run. These questions help prospective hirers clarify arrangements directly with the venue before confirming their plans. The hall also hosts the club's own events, and the published calendar provides a sense of its role as a local gathering place.

Hill & Valley Club has a long-standing community and charitable focus. The organisation supports local causes and scholarships, and its hall is used for activities connected with the club and the wider community. For event planners looking for a bookable hall in Hayward, it offers a straightforward option with published rental rates and a direct route to ask about availability, facilities and event requirements. Contact the club to confirm current prices, what is included in the hire and whether the space suits your event.
