Iron Lab

Iron Lab offers event rental space within a renovated former factory in Chicago's Bridgeport neighbourhood. The building's industrial history gives the venue a distinctive character, while its flexible layout offers organisers scope to shape the space around the needs of their event.

The ground floor is identified as the building's event space, making it the part of Iron Lab to enquire about when planning a gathering. The wider property combines this event use with workspaces, so the venue sits within a varied community of businesses and creative tenants. Its setting may suit organisers looking for an alternative to a conventional hotel function room or a standard meeting suite.

The space is presented as open-ended rather than tied to a single event format. This gives planners a starting point for considering how their own programme, guest experience and layout might work in the building. The historic factory surroundings can also provide a strong visual setting for occasions where the venue's character is part of the appeal.

Organisers can contact Iron Lab to arrange a visit and discuss availability and the practical details of using the event rental space. As the building also offers offices and other commercial suites, enquiries should specify the event requirements so the team can direct them to the appropriate space. Iron Lab is based on South Iron Street in Chicago and provides a distinctive industrial location for planners exploring event venues in the city.
