Lakes at Lacey

Lakes at Lacey is an event venue in Downers Grove, Illinois, offering indoor and outdoor settings for weddings, social celebrations and business gatherings. Surrounded by a lake, wooded areas and green space, the venue gives event planners a choice of atmospheres, from light-filled rooms with waterside views to an outdoor grove for ceremonies and open-air events.

Its five distinct event spaces can accommodate occasions ranging from intimate receptions to large celebrations. The Lakeview Conservatory is a prominent setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as galas, fundraisers and corporate functions. For ceremonies, showers, cocktail receptions and milestone birthdays, the Piano Lounge combines a built-in stage, a self-playing grand piano and broad windows overlooking the lake. The Grand Lounge and Bridges Library provide a welcoming option for receptions, networking and pre-dinner gatherings, with lounge furniture included.

For conferences and business meetings, the dedicated conference centre includes larger rooms for presentations and events, smaller breakout spaces and boardrooms. Presentation technology is available in several rooms, with features including digital displays, microphones and video-conferencing facilities. Event planners can discuss room layouts and the practical requirements of their programme with the venue team.

Lakes at Lacey works with preferred event partners, while also allowing organisers to bring in their own vendors. This gives planners flexibility when arranging catering, decor and other event services. With wedding, corporate and social event enquiries welcomed, the venue offers a lakeside setting and a range of spaces for gatherings in the Chicago suburbs.
