Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek

Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek is a wedding and event venue set among six acres of landscaped gardens in Round Rock, near Austin, Texas. Its indoor ballroom and outdoor grounds give event planners a choice of settings for ceremonies, receptions and other celebrations, with options to shape the layout around the occasion.

The ballroom has floor-to-ceiling windows and can seat up to 150 guests. Using the covered patios as well, the venue can accommodate events of up to 200 people. Couples and wedding parties can make use of two get-ready rooms, while the venue rental includes tables and chairs, their set-up and breakdown, a ceremony rehearsal time slot and on-site parking. An on-site venue manager is also available to support the event.

The venue welcomes weddings and related gatherings, as well as milestone birthdays, anniversaries, showers, fundraisers, charity events and school functions. Organisers may bring outside vendors, including caterers, and there is a preparation space for catering teams. Optional in-house services and rentals can help with the finishing details, including linens, table settings, glassware, centrepieces and decor. Other available extras include bartenders, indoor coloured lighting, outdoor heat lamps and a photo backdrop.

Flexible packages allow clients to choose the support and details that suit their plans. The venue holds a weekly open house on Wednesdays, where prospective clients can tour the spaces, discuss packages and ask questions. Private enquiries can also be made directly to the team.
