Maple Grove Farm

Maple Grove Farm is an indoor and outdoor venue set among 47 wooded acres in Collierville, Tennessee. Its grounds and event spaces are available for weddings, receptions, vow renewals, rehearsal dinners, banquets, anniversaries and company celebrations. Organisers can arrange a ceremony, reception or both, and the venue offers packages that can be tailored to the occasion and the level of planning support required.

The farm can host gatherings of up to 300 guests. Wedding bookings include an experienced coordinator to help with preparations, the rehearsal and the event day. Couples can use the venue's preferred suppliers or request approval to bring in their own, with options for choosing services individually. Catering can be arranged through the venue's in-house caterer or an approved outside caterer. Additional rentals, including furniture, linens and place settings, are available through the farm.

The setting combines indoor facilities with outdoor areas, giving organisers room to shape different parts of a celebration around the landscape. The venue also offers private on-site parking, with an attendant to guide guests. Alongside weddings and larger celebrations, Maple Grove Farm runs children's birthday packages that include supervised activities and use of a party area. Its separate summer camp programme is for children aged four to twelve.

For event planners, Maple Grove Farm is a dedicated place to host a private or corporate gathering, with flexible choices for the space, suppliers and event arrangements. Tours are available by appointment, and organisers can contact the team to discuss dates and package options.
