The Sycamore at Mallow Run

The Sycamore at Mallow Run is an event venue in Bargersville, south of Indianapolis, set among vineyards and mature trees. Its indoor spaces and outdoor areas can accommodate weddings, receptions, showers, parties, fundraisers and professional gatherings. The venue is suited to both intimate occasions and larger celebrations, with the Estate Room offering more than 4,700 square feet for flexible event layouts.

The Estate Room combines timber details, stone features and fireplaces with views across the grounds. It opens onto spacious patios, giving guests room to step outside and enjoy the scenery. For smaller gatherings, the Homestead Room offers a more intimate setting in a historic building, with its own entrance, restrooms and patio access. The Gallery, at the main entrance, can be used as a foyer or a place for guests to mingle, with seating, cocktail tables, a bar and access to the patio and firepit.

Couples can plan ceremonies and receptions at the venue, while the rooms also suit business events, dinners and other organised functions. Venue coordinators are available to help clients shape their plans and make use of the spaces. The venue provides bar service, and organisers can work with recommended outside suppliers for other event needs. Its combination of indoor rooms, outdoor settings and vineyard surroundings gives planners several options for creating an event that suits the occasion, guest numbers and preferred style.
