The venue is available for weddings, corporate and wellness retreats, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, fundraisers and other private gatherings. The island is reserved for one event at a time, giving organisers exclusive use of the grounds.

Event spaces include an open-air pavilion for receptions, waterfront patios and lawns, and several possible ceremony locations, including a cypress-framed lawn and a spot by the water's edge. The pavilion can host seated dinners for up to 300 guests, depending on the event layout. Private boat transport from the mainland marina is included for events, making the crossing part of the guest arrival.

The team offers event coordination and wedding planning, and can help arrange catering, bar service, décor, entertainment and fireworks. These options are tailored to each event and quoted separately. Organisers can also book the on-island cabin as an add-on for getting ready or overnight accommodation. It has three bedrooms, a bunk area, two bathrooms and a full kitchen, and can sleep up to eight guests.

The venue also welcomes leadership offsites, wellness programmes, family celebrations and private gatherings. Organisers can request a proposal based on their date, guest numbers and plans, then arrange a private tour before booking.
