The graduation ball venue in North Rhine-Westphalia arranges event spaces for graduation celebrations in Bonn and Dortmund. The offer is aimed at graduating classes and their organising teams, who are looking for suitable premises for their ball and want to shape the evening together. Depending on the location, there are rooms for larger celebrations, as well as areas for award ceremonies, certificate presentations and other programme items. For its Bonn venue, the operator lists capacities of up to 450 people in the smaller room and up to 650 in the larger room.

During planning, event planners and committees can coordinate different schedules and equipment requirements. These include, for example, a buffet or a sit-down meal, a live band or a DJ, and lighting, sound and DJ equipment for the dance party afterwards. A range of dietary preferences can be catered for, including vegetarian and vegan options. This makes it possible to adapt the food offering to the graduating class and the available budget.

The rooms are designed for celebrations with a stage programme followed by a party. Depending on the location, good public transport links and parking facilities are among the advantages on offer. The team also supports organising teams with planning, cost calculations and financing, and can provide assistance with delivery to the extent required. Those interested can visit the venues and discuss questions about dates, facilities and schedules directly with the provider. This gives graduating classes a point of contact when looking for a graduation ball venue and coordinating the key arrangements for their celebration.
