Jagdschloss Platte in Wiesbaden is an event venue available for hire for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations. The historic building combines preserved masonry and an impressive rotunda with a modern glass roof. The viewing platform offers views across Wiesbaden and the Rhine Valley.
There are 660 square metres of event space across two floors. The rooms can be arranged and set out with different seating configurations to suit the occasion and number of guests. The venue can be booked exclusively and accommodates up to 600 people with a mix of seated and standing areas. There are various layout options for dinners, receptions, presentations and evening programmes. The outdoor areas can also be incorporated into the event.
The venue is suitable for different parts of a wedding day: non-religious wedding ceremonies can be held outdoors, in the rotunda or inside. The reception, dinner and celebrations can then take place in the castle. For businesses, the venue provides a fitting setting for gala dinners, corporate celebrations, post-conference events, exhibitions and product presentations, among other occasions.
The team supports event planners with venue tours, advice on room layouts and planning guidance. On request, it can put you in touch with catering and technical suppliers, as well as other partners. Organisers can also bring their own suppliers. A separate preparation area makes the caterer's work easier. The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has a lift. Free parking is available nearby, and the castle can also be reached by public transport.
