The centre is part of the Sunrise Optimist facilities in North Topeka. In addition to the indoor event space, the wider sports complex has baseball, softball and T-ball fields, which may suit organisers looking for sporting facilities for youth activities or league use. The club also supports programmes for young people in the local community.

Event planners can contact the venue to enquire about availability and discuss the requirements for a gathering. Its combination of a sizeable indoor room, kitchen access, supplied tables and chairs, and permission to bring in food and drinks offers flexibility for a range of locally organised events.
