Victory Theater and Event Center provides a choice of rooms for organisers planning events in Richmond, Virginia. The venue combines flexible event halls and a banquet hall with two auditorium spaces, allowing organisers to choose a setting suited to the occasion and guest numbers. The rooms are available individually or in combination, and the venue’s booking team can help identify suitable spaces for a proposed event.

The event halls accommodate gatherings ranging from smaller functions to events of up to 200 people. The banquet hall can host up to 250, while the auditoriums seat 155 and 315 guests. Depending on the room, features include a stage, hardwood floors, high ceilings, lighting, sound equipment, microphones, a podium and projection or LED screen options. Auditorium hire is also available for conferences, seminars and private film screenings.

Standard event hall rentals include tables and chairs, use of the sound system, microphones and a podium. Additional items, such as extra seating, table linen, special lighting, a projector, an LED wall and a dance floor, can be arranged for an extra charge. A venue coordinator is available to discuss room layouts and event logistics, and a member of the team is present during events. Organisers may bring their own caterer, subject to the venue’s food preparation restrictions. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises, and the venue does not provide full event-planning services. Weddings, receptions, showers, corporate meetings and other private or business gatherings are among the occasions catered for.
