The Westside Venue

The Westside Venue offers a relaxed, flexible setting for private celebrations in Cheviot, on Cincinnati's West Side. Organisers can book the space for weddings and wedding-related gatherings, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, graduations, reunions, banquets, fundraisers and celebrations of life. The venue also hosts selected public music, comedy and community events.

The main bar area is suited to larger gatherings, with seating for up to 95 and a maximum capacity of 140. It includes a buffet area, a configurable VIP section, a dance floor with club-style lighting and a mirror ball, plus a stage and PA system with wireless microphones. These facilities make it possible to plan anything from a dinner and speeches to dancing or live entertainment in one space.

For smaller groups, or as an addition to a main-room booking, the basement game room accommodates up to 30 seated guests, with a maximum capacity of 49. It features a pool table, shuffleboard, darts, board games, a retro jukebox, televisions and a Bluetooth speaker.

Bookings include bar service, planning guidance, use of the sound system and an hour for event set-up. Drink packages and open-bar options are available, along with buffet and catering options and selected decoration items. The team can discuss additional set-up time and event-specific arrangements when preparing a quote. With two distinct rooms, practical event equipment and support with planning, the venue provides organisers with options for both intimate gatherings and lively celebrations.
