MTC Events

MTC Events offers a collection of indoor spaces for organisers planning meetings, training sessions, lectures, receptions and private celebrations in Cleveland, Tennessee. The venue brings together more than 6,000 square feet of private space, with a large central room and several smaller rooms that can be selected to suit different event formats.

The Clements Room is the largest and most adaptable space. Its raised stage, high ceiling and flexible layouts make it suitable for banquets, receptions, lectures and larger productions. Tables and chairs, wireless internet, a podium, access to a catering preparation room and help from a facility coordinator are included with the room. Sound equipment, projectors, live streaming, table linen and certain decorative arrangements can be requested at additional cost.

For smaller gatherings, the Fisher and Howard rooms offer layouts suited to conference discussions or theatre-style presentations. The Murray and Tomlinson rooms can be arranged for meetings, classes, lectures or banquets. Several rooms have presentation equipment, wireless internet and furniture set up for the event.

The venue also accommodates parties, quinceañeras, graduation ceremonies and concerts, as well as business meetings and staff training.
