SugahPlum Events offers a Fairburn venue for private celebrations, weddings, receptions and corporate events. The space can be arranged for different gathering styles, with stated capacities of up to 150 guests for banquet or classroom seating and up to 200 for theatre or cocktail layouts. Event planners can arrange a viewing to see the venue and discuss the requirements for their occasion.

Venue hire includes six hours for set-up, the event and clear-up, along with table and chair set-up, a choice of white or black linen, clear Chiavari chairs, a Bluetooth speaker and cleaning. Extra time may be arranged for an additional charge, and full-day access is available for events such as weddings that need the venue from the morning. The venue is used for daytime and evening functions, with events required to finish by 2am.

The team also offers wedding and event planning, event management, floral styling and décor design. Clients can discuss a tailored package, whether they need help with selected details or broader support from planning through to the event itself. In-house catering is available, and outside caterers may be permitted subject to kitchen-use arrangements and fees. Events serving alcohol must use the venue's licensed bartender, with premium bar packages also available.

The venue is suited to a range of occasions, including birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, holiday gatherings, private dinners, formal celebrations and business functions.
