Ancient Peaks Barn

Set among the vineyards and oak-covered hills of Santa Margarita Ranch, Ancient Peaks Barn, formerly known as Oyster Ridge Barn, is a countryside venue for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations. Its rural setting offers organisers a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces, with views across the Margarita Vineyard and surrounding landscape.

The barn provides an enclosed reception space for dinners, meetings and gatherings of up to 200 guests. It features sliding doors, a bar and fixed heaters, while adjoining areas extend the layout outdoors. Couples can consider the Oaks Veranda for a ceremony, and the cobbled patio, which has both covered and open sections, can be used for receptions or guest mingling. The venue also has indoor and outdoor lighting, bathrooms, on-site parking and a food preparation area.

For weddings, the venue offers options ranging from smaller celebrations and elopements to larger gatherings. Packages may include venue concierge planning, a host on the event day, security and parking attendants, and selected furniture or other amenities. Organisers can also enquire about additional ranch experiences, such as wine tasting, vineyard activities and team outings. Catering arrangements can be discussed with the venue team.

Corporate organisers can use the indoor and outdoor meeting areas for retreats and events, with integrated AV technology and catering facilities. The ranch setting also makes it possible to build activities around a gathering, with options such as wine experiences, guided tours and outdoor pursuits. Site visits are arranged by appointment. The venue team can discuss event requirements and help planners consider the spaces and services suited to their occasion.
