Four States Fair & Rodeo

The Fine Arts Building at Four States Fairgrounds is a flexible indoor venue in Texarkana, Arkansas, available to organisers planning gatherings of different kinds. With 6,150 square feet of space and a stated seating capacity of up to 400, it can suit meetings, parties, weddings, family reunions and other occasions where guests need to gather under one roof.

The room is supplied with round 60-inch tables and white wooden chairs, giving organisers a practical starting point for arranging a seated event. A kitchen and preparation area is available for food preparation, though it does not have an oven or hob. There is also a sound system and podium for announcements, useful for welcoming guests or sharing information during a programme.

Organisers can ask the fairgrounds office about bar set-ups, which are available for an additional fee. The venue requires insurance for facility hire, so this is an important detail to account for when making arrangements. Rental availability and the specific requirements for an event can be discussed directly with the office.

As part of the wider Four States Fairgrounds, the Fine Arts Building offers a straightforward option for private and community celebrations as well as business gatherings. Its combination of a sizeable room, tables and chairs, preparation space and basic announcement equipment makes it suitable for organisers looking for a self-contained place to bring people together. Contact the fairgrounds to check availability and discuss the details of your event.
