Hoeve 14 is a countryside venue in Langemark-Poelkapelle for organisers who want to bring their guests together in peaceful, green surroundings. The farm is suitable for a wide range of occasions, from wedding celebrations and anniversaries to communions, birthdays, staff parties, meetings and product presentations. You can put together a tailored party or gathering here, with the atmosphere and arrangements suited to your plans.

There are two function rooms indoors. Outside, the spacious garden and bar provide extra space to welcome guests, enjoy an aperitif together or hold a ceremony and reception in the open air. There is also a covered terrace for changeable weather. A marquee can be added for larger events. The venue offers facilities including a dance floor, sound and lighting systems, Wi-Fi and a projector with a screen. Parking is available, and the venue is wheelchair-friendly.

For catering, you can work with the chefs at Hoeve 14. Together, you can put together a menu to suit your tastes. If you already have your own caterer, you can also bring them in and use the kitchen. The decor can also be tailored to a chosen theme. This gives organisers the space to bring different elements of their event together in one place.

The venue is also set up for business events such as seminars, meetings and presentations. There are accommodation options nearby, and the team can help you find a suitable one if you wish. With its combination of indoor spaces, garden, outdoor bar and flexible catering, the venue can be adapted to suit both an intimate gathering and a larger celebration.
