Events at Parkside

Events at Parkside is a hireable event venue in Kent, Ohio, with flexible spaces for weddings, family celebrations, remembrance gatherings and corporate events. Organisers can book the Madison Room, the Brady Room or the full venue, choosing a layout and scale suited to their guest list. The rooms can be hired separately, while a full-venue booking brings both spaces together for a larger gathering.

The Madison Room accommodates up to 110 guests and includes tables and chairs, a kitchenette, a bar, televisions with USB connections and music access. The smaller Brady Room is suited to more intimate events of up to 48 people, with tables, chairs and a kitchenette. Full-venue hire can accommodate up to 158 guests with tables, although the venue recommends a lower number for a more comfortable arrangement. Tables and chairs are included, and the team can set them out to match the organiser's seating plan.

Couples can enquire about a micro-wedding package for up to 50 guests. It includes the Madison Room, two getting-ready rooms, tables and chairs, and access to green space for an outdoor ceremony. The grounds also provide a natural setting for other celebrations. Catering is arranged separately, and clients may choose their own caterer or consider the venue's recommended vendors. Organisers can also bring decorations, subject to the venue's guidelines.

Bookings are available in set time slots, with options to add hours for preparation or clearing up. The full venue can be hired for a longer day, and extra time on a neighbouring day may be available for rehearsals or preparations. A day-of coordinator can be arranged for an additional cost. The venue has accessible entrances and restrooms, and prospective clients can review the spaces through an online gallery and virtual tour before making an enquiry.
