La Escondida Celebration Center

La Escondida Celebration Center is an outdoor event venue in Helotes, near San Antonio, set among native Texas Hill Country landscape beside Helotes Creek. Its grounds offer a relaxed, natural setting for couples and organisers planning intimate gatherings and celebrations.

Weddings are a central part of the venue's offering, with micro-wedding and pop-up options for smaller guest lists. Couples can choose how much help they need, from arranging their own suppliers to packages that bring together planning support, food, decorations and other details. The venue has outdoor ceremony and reception areas, a pond-side patio, a covered celebration space and a ranch-style house with dressing rooms for wedding parties. The current website describes events for up to 60 guests.

The grounds can also be considered for quinceañeras, birthdays, family gatherings and corporate retreats. For memorials, the team offers a peaceful place for friends and family to gather, with event coordination and reception arrangements available. Organisers can discuss a flexible approach to the event, including whether they prefer to make their own choices or have staff assist with planning.

La Escondida's location combines an open-air country atmosphere with access to San Antonio and nearby accommodation. Its team invites prospective clients to arrange a tour and talk through their event, guest numbers and preferred level of support. This makes the venue a practical option for organisers looking for an intimate outdoor setting for a wedding or another personal or business celebration.
