Its 5,600-square-foot facility includes two indoor rooms, an outdoor ceremony area and spaces for couples to get ready. The East Room can host ceremonies and larger gatherings, while the West Room suits receptions and more intimate occasions. The rooms can be hired individually or together, giving organisers options for different event sizes and formats.

The venue is suitable for weddings, parties, proms, family reunions, showers, banquets and business meetings. Couples can hold their ceremony outdoors or indoors, then use the rooms for a reception. The kitchen is available for event use, making it practical for organisers working with their own caterer.

Wild Rose Place also offers optional help with wedding-day coordination and decorating. The coordinator can liaise with suppliers, oversee timings and assist with the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Decorating options include centrepieces and other details for the ceremony and reception, while a separate selection of hire items includes linens, aisle decorations, arches and stage décor. Organisers can ask about short room hire or longer rentals covering the full facility and outdoor area. With indoor and outdoor settings, wedding preparation rooms and support options available, the venue gives planners room to shape an event around their own arrangements and style.
