Ravel Events

Ravel Events offers indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings and social celebrations at the Ravel Hotel in Long Island City. With views across the New York City skyline, the venue combines event rooms and rooftops with hotel accommodation, giving organisers the option to host an occasion and accommodate guests at the same location.

The spaces include the Grand Ballroom, the Penthouse, the Observation Deck, Ten Rooftop, the Foyer and the seasonal Summer Club. They suit a range of formats, from ceremonies and receptions to cocktail parties, business meetings and holiday events. Rooftop settings provide open-air options, while the ballroom and indoor areas offer a choice for gatherings that need an enclosed setting.

The hotel's event team works with organisers on planning and day-of coordination. Wedding services include packages, an event coordinator, a bridal suite and support with menus and seating arrangements. The in-house food and beverage offering can be tailored for the occasion, with options such as seated meals, buffets, cocktails and passed appetisers. Servers and bartenders are available as part of the event arrangements.

For business and private events, the hotel also provides event planning support and audiovisual facilities. Guests can stay in the hotel's rooms and suites, and organisers can enquire about group accommodation, valet parking and shuttle services. Ravel Events is suited to planners seeking a hotel venue with multiple event spaces, food service and on-site hospitality in Queens.
