Duggal Greenhouse

Duggal Greenhouse is a large-scale, industrial-style event venue in the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard, with a waterfront setting and views across the East River towards Manhattan. Its open, adaptable layout gives event planners room to create distinctive environments for product launches, conferences, exhibitions, fashion shows, private functions, galas, concerts and immersive brand experiences. The space is also available for film and commercial productions and rehearsals.

The venue covers approximately 35,000 square feet across a ground floor and mezzanine. Its high ceilings, substantial rigging capacity, loading dock and drive-in access support ambitious builds and production requirements. Depending on the layout, it can accommodate up to 3,000 guests standing, 1,400 in theatre-style seating or around 1,180 at round tables with a stage. Smaller bookings are also considered.

Facilities include private offices and green rooms, restrooms, a waterfront patio with a bar, power infrastructure and wireless internet. A private boat dock provides an unusual arrival option, while the gated entrance helps event teams manage access. The venue is a raw, customisable space rather than a fully turn-key event package, so organisers should plan for their own production requirements and event suppliers. Professional, insured external vendors are welcome, and a preferred supplier list is available on request. Duggal Visual Solutions is the required provider for event-related graphics, signage and wayfinding, with custom branding and display production available through its nearby operation.

Planners can enquire with details such as the event type, expected guest numbers, date and rental period, including load-in and load-out. The venue's broad scale and flexible format make it suitable for organisers seeking a blank canvas for events that need room for staging, guest areas, installations or multiple programme zones.
