Vode Event Venue

Vode Event Venue offers indoor and outdoor spaces in Salt Lake City for weddings, receptions and other private or business gatherings. Its main hall and garden can be booked for ceremonies, seated celebrations and larger standing events, with room for up to 300 guests for a flowing event. The garden patio, with bistro lighting, gives guests an outdoor area alongside the indoor venue.

For smaller occasions, Vode Studio provides a separate event room for gatherings of up to 40 people. It suits celebrations such as showers, birthdays, private dinners, retirement parties and holiday gatherings, as well as networking events and corporate functions. Both spaces can be viewed by appointment before organisers choose a date and rental option.

Venue hire includes practical event essentials, with tables, chairs and linens, and staff handle setup and takedown of these items. The main venue also has a bridal suite and groom lounge, a preparation kitchen, a Bluetooth sound system, wireless microphone and party lighting. Organisers can bring their own caterer, prepared food or food truck. Bartender service is available as an optional extra, and the venue can recommend local suppliers.

Wedding packages vary by season and rental duration. Some include a day-of coordinator, ceremony coordination, consultations and a rehearsal, while other additions can be arranged separately. The Studio has its own rental options for intimate events and includes tables and chairs. Vode invites organisers to enquire about availability, discuss the spaces and arrange a personal tour.
