MJ Ballroom

MJ Ballroom combines a dance studio with a space available to hire for private gatherings in Greenwood, Indiana. Organisers looking for a local setting for a family celebration or party can enquire about renting the venue by the hour, half-day or full day. The studio also hosts social dances, giving guests a chance to enjoy the dance floor in a welcoming setting.

Dance is central to the business. Its programme includes private tuition and group classes for a range of abilities, from newcomers to more experienced dancers. Styles include ballroom, Latin, Argentine tango, salsa, bachata, swing, country and line dancing. Couples and individuals can arrange tailored lessons, while friends can ask about a private group class. Wedding dance tuition is available for couples preparing a first dance, as well as other choreographed moments such as a father-daughter dance or a planned entrance.

For event planners, the combination of a dance floor and a hireable space makes MJ Ballroom an option for celebrations where dancing is part of the occasion. The venue is also offered to independent instructors and coaches who need a place to teach, with flexible rental periods. Social dances and classes take place at the studio and, on some occasions, at other locations, so organisers should check the current calendar for details. Lesson arrangements and pricing can vary by instructor, and prospective hirers are encouraged to contact the business to discuss availability and their event requirements.
