salle polyvalente Claude Vatran, formerly known as salle du Marais, is a municipal venue available for hire for celebrations, performances and association gatherings in Poigny-la-Forêt. Located on route de Rambouillet, it offers an indoor space of 230 m², suitable for different types of receptions and meetings. The hall can accommodate around 120 people seated or up to 250 standing, depending on the chosen layout. A 50 m² stage makes it possible to put on performances, give speeches or host entertainment for guests.

The facilities also include an entrance area with a bar, an equipped kitchen and toilets. Outside, the car park has spaces for cars and bicycles, as well as two charging points for electric vehicles. These facilities make it possible to hold events lasting a day or a weekend, with space for guests and useful amenities for welcoming them.

The municipality offers hire to residents of Poigny-la-Forêt, local associations and residents of Rambouillet Territoires, subject to the applicable conditions. The usual hire period runs from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening. Local associations can also request short-term use for certain purposes. Terms and rates vary according to the applicant's profile and booking frequency. To prepare a request, organisers can contact the town hall with their preferred date, the purpose of the event and the approximate number of attendees. The hall is therefore a local option for bringing together friends and family, association members or performance audiences in a versatile municipal setting.
