The Copas Partnership

Temple Island Meadows is a riverside event location near Henley-on-Thames, set on an expansive stretch of land beside the River Thames. Managed by The Copas Partnership as part of Remenham Farm, the site is available for private hire and offers event planners a distinctive outdoor setting for gatherings of different kinds.

The grounds can accommodate corporate events, weddings, celebrations, charity occasions, runs and fairs. Their open landscape gives organisers room to create a tailored layout, including space for marquees, stages and other temporary event facilities. The riverside surroundings and views across the Thames provide a strong sense of place, while the broad site offers scope for larger outdoor occasions as well as more intimate gatherings.

The location is also associated with major annual events, including rowing regattas and the Rewind South festival. This experience hosting public events makes the site relevant to organisers considering outdoor programmes that need a sizeable setting. The Copas Partnership also offers the wider Remenham Farm grounds for event hire, and welcomes enquiries about availability and event requirements.

For planners, Temple Island Meadows is best suited to events where an open-air location, natural scenery and flexibility are central to the brief. Organisers can discuss their plans directly with the venue team, including the type of event, dates and the facilities needed. The venue is close to Henley-on-Thames and can be considered for private celebrations, wedding receptions, corporate occasions and other events that benefit from a spacious Thames-side setting.
