Swan Lake Event Center

Set among woodland, open grounds and a lake in Powell, Ohio, Swan Lake Event Center offers indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, private celebrations and business events. The multi-building venue can host gatherings ranging from smaller workshops and showers to receptions for hundreds of guests.

The 6,400-square-foot Main Hall is the largest space, with room for up to 300-315 guests in a cocktail-style layout or around 250-275 for a seated meal. It features a mezzanine, built-in bar, fireplace and doors leading to a partially covered terrace. The terrace looks across the lake and wooded grounds, with a firepit and lighting for evening events. Outdoor areas provide options for ceremonies and time between formal parts of a celebration.

Two smaller parlours can be used as wedding party preparation suites, breakout rooms, workshop spaces or settings for more intimate gatherings. Each can accommodate around 40-45 guests, depending on the layout, and can be divided for smaller groups. The grounds also include walking paths and several outdoor locations for ceremonies and photographs.

Swan Lake welcomes weddings, corporate meetings and retreats, anniversaries, reunions and holiday parties. Venue packages include event essentials such as tables and chairs, setup and breakdown, parking and access to selected spaces. The venue works with a list of catering partners, while its own licensed bar team provides drinks service and beverage packages. Organisers can arrange a private tour and discuss suitable spaces, dates and package options with the venue team.
