Oord. is a sustainable event venue in Hoeleden, in the municipality of Kortenaken, for anyone looking to organise a celebration or business gathering in a personal setting. The venue welcomes families, couples and businesses for baby showers, communion and spring celebrations, birthdays, weddings, receptions, meetings, workshops and day retreats, among other events. It also offers options for brainstorming sessions, company parties and photo shoots.
Indoors, a range of atmospheres and layouts are available, including a large hall, coffee bar and lounge. Outside, the garden offers space to welcome guests or hold part of the programme in the open air. The decor has a warm, homely feel, and the venue says it consciously opts for sustainable solutions, local products and collaboration with nearby partners. The spaces can be arranged to suit your wishes, so organisers can shape the day themselves or ask for help with the practical details.
For celebrations, Oord. can advise on catering, decoration and organisation. You can work with your own suppliers or use local partners and the venue's limited selection of fresh catering options. Drinks are available through Oord., and staff can be provided on request. For business gatherings, equipment includes a projector, flipchart and portable music system. Capacity depends on the intended use and layout: up to 100 people are cited for celebrations and up to 85 for business gatherings. The venue can also be booked for photo shoots by the half-day or full day. Oord. caters for gatherings that make room for togetherness, creativity and a relaxed atmosphere, from a small celebration to a company event with a tailored programme.
