The Mason Jar - Gathering Barn

The Mason Jar - Gathering Barn is a family-run venue in the countryside near Onalaska, Washington, offering a relaxed setting for weddings and other private celebrations. The open-air barn sits among landscaped grounds, prairie fields, tall cedars and weeping willows, with mountain views adding to the rural character of the property. Couples and event planners can arrange a personal tour to explore the site and discuss a reservation.

The venue's main package allows three days on the property: one day to decorate and prepare, a second for the event, and a third for clearing up. This gives organisers more time to set up and enjoy the occasion without fitting everything into a single day. The barn can accommodate up to 200 guests, and the rental includes tables and chairs, a full kitchen, accessible public toilets, decorative items, and lighting across the barn and grounds. Patio heaters and a fire pit area offer additional options for outdoor gatherings.

There are three air-conditioned bridal preparation rooms, each with a toilet, as well as a cabin that sleeps six and can also serve as a ready room for the wedding party. Smaller events may be eligible for a one-day rental, subject to seasonal availability. Coordination and clean-up can be arranged for an additional fee. The property is suited to organisers seeking a country barn setting with practical facilities and room to prepare, celebrate and pack away at a comfortable pace.
