The ANAIS Event Company

The ANAIS Event Company provides event venues, planning and rental services for organisers arranging weddings, quinceañeras and other celebrations. Its venue portfolio includes Synott Hall, Arabia Event Center and Emery's Buffalo Creek, with indoor spaces and, at selected locations, outdoor areas for ceremonies. The venues cater to different guest numbers, from gatherings of around 50 to larger celebrations for several hundred people.

Organisers can book full event planning, covering tasks such as venue selection, design, supplier coordination, logistics, timelines and delivery on the day. For clients who have arranged most details themselves, day-of coordination is also available, with the team managing the schedule, liaising with suppliers and helping address issues during the event.

The company also offers décor, furniture and table-setting rentals. Items can be arranged for collection or delivery, allowing planners to source styling elements for events at ANAIS venues or other locations. Its design and coordination services are available for celebrations held across Texas and into Louisiana.

With its combination of bookable venues and practical event support, ANAIS can suit organisers seeking a location, help with the planning process, rental pieces, or several of these services together. The Houston office is the main contact point for enquiries and consultations. Planners can discuss their event, guest numbers and preferred level of support with the team to explore suitable venue and service options.
