Daylight Studio

Daylight Studio provides event spaces in Manhattan for organisers looking for a flexible setting for corporate gatherings, brand experiences and private celebrations. Its Hudson Yards location at 450 W 31st Street includes a range of studios and loft spaces, while a second location is available in the Flatiron district. The spaces are also used for photography and film production, giving organisers adaptable rooms suited to presentations, launches, showrooms, workshops and fashion events.

The venues feature high ceilings, large industrial-style windows and natural light, with city views in selected spaces. Organisers can enquire about indoor rooms as well as outdoor areas, including a private terrace at Hudson Yards and rooftop space at the Flatiron location. Different room layouts and the studio’s event furniture and props give planners options for shaping the setting to suit their programme and guest experience.

Daylight Studio also lists audio-visual capabilities and an in-house events team. The team can help organisers consider the space, production requirements and event logistics, drawing on a network of vendors where needed. Its venue offering is presented for corporate events and conferences, seminars, trade shows, product launches, fashion presentations, weddings and private parties. The spaces can therefore serve both business events and social occasions, from a focused workshop or press gathering to a larger reception or runway presentation.

For event planners, the main point of contact is the studio booking team, which can discuss availability, site visits and the requirements of a proposed event. The Hudson Yards venue is close to major transport connections and the Javits Center, making it a practical option for visiting guests, exhibitors and production teams.
