Kasteel Banhout offers event planners a historic venue in the heart of Banhoutbos, a short distance from Kortrijk. The neoclassical castle and the surrounding castle meadow provide a distinctive setting for a wide range of gatherings. Organisers can use the venue for family celebrations, First Communions, meetings, receptions and photo shoots, among other occasions. Images of weddings and other events also show the estate and the chapel.
The outdoor area includes a castle meadow of around 6,000 m². Indoors, there is a large 56 m² hall and a 44 m² dining room, which can be used together or separately. The castle meadow is included when indoor spaces are hired. Those wishing to organise a ceremonial occasion or a modest service can also book the neo-Gothic private chapel. This allows planners to hold different parts of a gathering on one estate, from an outdoor welcome to an indoor activity or meal.
Catering arrangements are flexible, and organisers can choose their own caterer. Overnight stays in the surrounding countryside are possible, offering extra space for a multi-day gathering. The peaceful, wooded setting and historic character make the venue suitable for those seeking a more intimate atmosphere than a standard function room. For practical access, the entrance to the estate is via Vierkeerstraat. Kasteel Banhout is therefore a versatile venue for planners looking for a green, characterful setting for a celebratory or business occasion.
