VRHQ offers around 650 m² of event space in Hamburg's Speicherstadt. Event planners can enquire about using the venue for corporate events and private functions. The space is suitable for groups of around 25 to 250 people and can be combined with virtual reality experiences or used without VR stations. This allows organisers to plan the layout and schedule to suit the occasion.
The offering includes support from a trained team, a stage for presentations and a range of interactive VR experiences. For example, guests can compete against one another in virtual teams, explore digital concert worlds or experience Hamburg from an unusual perspective on a virtual journey. These experiences can be incorporated into a corporate celebration or customer event as a shared activity.
In addition to hiring out the event space, VRHQ offers workshops and training on virtual reality and augmented reality. Sessions range from short introductions to multi-day training courses and are aimed, among others, at companies that want to familiarise themselves with the technologies. There is also a VR arcade for individuals and small groups who want to try out virtual applications and games.
For event planners, VRHQ combines a flexible event venue with immersive technical experiences and specialist workshops. Whether you are planning a presentation, corporate event, private celebration or training session, you can enquire about the space and possible VR elements individually and tailor them to your group.
