McCoy Farm & Gardens

McCoy Farm & Gardens is a historic estate on Signal Mountain, near Chattanooga, available to hire for weddings and a range of private and corporate occasions. Set across 38 acres, the property brings together a mountain-stone manor house, established gardens, lawns, woodland, an orchard, a barn and a shaded pavilion. These different settings give event planners a choice of backdrops for ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners and other gatherings.

Wedding packages suit a range of plans, from a small elopement for up to 30 guests to larger celebrations for as many as 200. Depending on the package, couples can reserve the grounds, pavilion, house and additional estate spaces. The manor house includes a bridal dressing suite, while the pavilion offers a more intimate setting for smaller weddings and dinners. A one-hour rehearsal is included with wedding packages, and a rehearsal dinner can be added where it is not already part of the booking.

The estate also welcomes birthday and retirement parties, family reunions, celebrations of life, holiday gatherings, group meetings and corporate events. Organisers may choose their own suppliers, and tables and chairs are available as an addition to selected packages. The venue can accommodate indoor and outdoor plans, with tent arrangements possible for many bookings. Its natural surroundings and historic buildings provide a distinctive setting, while the venue team can discuss availability, tours and event requirements with prospective renters.
