The Apollo on Emma

The Apollo on Emma is a wedding and event venue in downtown Springdale, Arkansas, set inside a former cinema with a distinctive Art Deco character. Its historic setting, original theatrical details and contemporary event facilities give organisers a memorable backdrop for weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings and private celebrations.

The venue offers several spaces that can be hired individually or combined, including the Grand Ballroom, Cocktail Lounge, Statue Foyer, Metropolis Room and an outdoor Garden Patio. The Ballroom is described as seating up to 400 guests, while the venue’s event information gives an overall indoor capacity of up to 665. The lounge and upstairs room suit smaller receptions, private parties, meetings or breakout sessions, and the patio can host outdoor ceremonies and receptions for up to 250 guests when in season.

Organisers can discuss flexible packages, including full-facility weekend hire and options for more intimate events. Venue furnishings include white Chiavari chairs and a selection of round and rectangular tables. Facilities include a commercial catering kitchen for approved caterers, private dressing quarters and in-house presentation equipment, with a projector, screen, microphones, speakers, Wi-Fi and live-streaming capability. A cinema-style marquee can be customised with event lettering.

The Apollo’s team offers planning guidance and works with clients on event requirements, packages and layouts. Its spaces can accommodate celebrations from small gatherings to larger receptions, as well as conferences and corporate events. Wedding ceremonies and receptions are a prominent part of the venue’s offering, alongside birthdays, fundraising galas and other social occasions.
