The Maselheim multipurpose hall is a municipal event venue in Maselheim and can be requested for a range of events. In the application for use, organisers can choose between the entire hall and one third of the hall. Depending on their needs, they can also select the foyer, a room referred to as the ZBV-Raum, or a combination of the foyer and Stüble. A roof terrace is also listed on the application.
A range of facilities and services can be requested to help plan the event. These include use of the stage, with or without a curtain, tables and chairs, and a sound system. The hall can be heated. The kitchen can be used for serving drinks or meals. The municipality can also set up and cover the tables and chairs on request. Hall supervision can also be requested.
The venue is suitable for organisers looking for a versatile indoor space in the municipality. The application for use specifically lists dances and carnival events as possible uses. Other types of event can be discussed with the municipality. The rooms, furnishings and services are selected individually on the application, allowing the arrangements to be tailored to the event schedule.
Hall bookings are coordinated by the municipal administration. An application is required to use the venue, and the municipal regulations on use and fees, along with the fees in force at the time, apply. Anyone planning an event should check availability and the rooms they want with the relevant office well in advance. The Maselheim multipurpose hall is at Gartenstraße 30 in Maselheim.
