Zaal Amigo is a venue for hire in Heurne, near Oudenaarde, for organisers looking for a hall for a celebration or gathering. The venue has two halls that can be hired separately: a large hall for around 120 people and a smaller hall for groups of around 40. Those who book both halls can accommodate approximately 160 guests in total.
The large hall is suitable for a range of family celebrations, such as a First Communion party or baby shower, as well as other activities and information days. Tables, chairs, high tables, plates, cutlery and glasses are provided. There is a kitchen with, among other things, a professional cooker, a combination steam oven, refrigeration, a freezer and a dishwasher. Wifi is available.
The small hall offers a more intimate space and has a terrace overlooking the Scheldt Valley. Tables, chairs and crockery and glassware are also provided here. There is no fully equipped kitchen, but facilities are available for preparing and keeping snacks chilled. Wifi is also available in this hall.
Organisers can request their preferred hall online. The two halls must be booked separately, and requests must be submitted at least ten days in advance. The venue publishes separate rental rates and terms for the small hall, the large hall and the use of both spaces. This allows organisers to choose a suitable hall based on the size of their group and their plans. The rural setting and terrace lend gatherings a peaceful feel, while the basic furnishings provided help organisers prepare the space for their own programme.
