Gîte de la Vallée Verte sarl

La Racaudière, 44540 Vallons-de-l'Erdre, France

Le Gîte de la Vallée Verte offers a reception room with accommodation in La Racaudière, in a rural setting near Candé, between Châteaubriant and Ancenis. This venue is suitable for organisers looking for a place to bring family, friends or colleagues together in peaceful, green surroundings. Birthdays, weddings, christenings, receptions and seminars are among the occasions hosted here.
The room can accommodate up to 50 people seated. It is part of a 220 m² complex that also includes a separate kitchen and a living area with a television. For guests who want to extend their get-together on site, seven bedrooms provide a total of 20 beds. Guests also have access to shared bathroom facilities, individual showers and practical equipment for preparing and serving meals, including an oven, cooking appliances, a refrigerated cabinet, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
The hire includes crockery, and organisers are free to choose their own caterer and DJ. No time limit or time-related surcharge is specified for the room. Outside, the wooded park offers a pleasant setting for some fresh air or a get-together around the barbecues and tables set beneath the trees.
The estate covers more than 20 hectares of woodland and riverside. Groups can combine their reception with a stay on site, while another three-bedroom rural cottage can accommodate six to eight people. This combination of a room, accommodation and natural surroundings makes it easier to organise gatherings where guests want to spend time together without having to leave straight after the celebration.
