Mains Castle Dundee Ltd

Mains Castle offers event organisers a distinctive historic setting in Caird Park, Dundee. The castle’s heritage architecture, courtyard and tower house give celebrations a characterful backdrop, while its event spaces can be arranged for different occasions. Two banqueting suites provide indoor options, and the courtyard offers another setting for guests to gather.

Weddings are a central part of the venue’s offer. Couples can enquire about an all-day celebration or a twilight package running from mid-afternoon into the evening. The venue also welcomes enquiries for other private celebrations, including birthdays, engagement parties, naming days, baby showers, gender reveals and vow renewals. Funeral teas and corporate gatherings are among the occasions organisers can discuss with the team.

Rather than relying on a single standard format, Mains Castle invites organisers to share their plans and ask about a tailored package. This makes it possible to explore how the available spaces might suit the occasion, guest arrangements and preferred schedule. Its historic surroundings bring a sense of place to both personal celebrations and business events, while the mix of indoor suites and outdoor courtyard space gives planners more than one setting to consider.

Located in Dundee, the castle is a notable choice for organisers seeking a venue with historic character for a wedding, family gathering or corporate event. Event planners can contact the venue with the occasion and dates they have in mind to discuss availability and arrangements.
