VirtuaLounge in Braunschweig is a gaming event venue for event planners who want to offer groups a shared experience in virtual reality and on games consoles. There are areas for different types of event across around 300 m². The rooms are suitable for company parties, team-building events, Christmas parties, workshops and other group events. Enquiries are also welcome for birthdays, stag and hen parties, and school trips.

The offering includes VR experiences, retro arcade games, consoles and gaming facilities, which can be combined to suit the occasion. Staff accompany the groups, explain the technology and help ensure everything runs smoothly. Team events can include hosted games and challenges that focus on solving puzzles together and friendly competition. People who are not playing themselves can also follow the experiences.

Alongside the virtual reality area, there is an event area that can be set up flexibly for presentations, catering, dancing or additional gaming facilities. According to the event information, the rooms can be used in different ways depending on the seating arrangement and can accommodate groups of up to 100 people. Technical equipment such as Wi-Fi, a sound system, a microphone, lighting and DJ equipment, and a stage supports events with a programme or presentations. Catering and drinks service are available on request. Event planners can tailor the concept, group size and schedule, and book the venue for a shared gaming experience.
