Manoir Henri IV hosts private and corporate events at a historic estate in Caugé, near Évreux. Its two-hectare wooded park provides a countryside setting for cocktails, non-religious ceremonies and relaxing outdoors. The venue is offered exclusively, allowing organisers to enjoy the spaces without sharing the estate with other events.

Two reception rooms with distinct atmospheres make it possible to tailor the setting to the size and style of the event. The more intimate salle des Cents Couverts is suitable for small celebrations and meetings. The larger grange du Vert Galant can host large receptions as well as seminars, conferences and company meetings. The two spaces can also be joined for larger events. The stated capacities vary depending on the chosen format, from a seated meal to a cocktail reception.

The estate specialises in weddings, birthdays and other family celebrations, as well as seminars, conferences and corporate gatherings. The teams support organisers in choosing the spaces and preparing their event. A bespoke catering service is available for receptions, with menus tailored to clients' preferences and the option of using partner caterers. The garden, covered outdoor area, room facilities and on-site accommodation options complete the offering. Around an hour from Paris, Manoir Henri IV combines a heritage setting, adaptable spaces and services designed to host groups throughout the year.
