The large hall, measuring around 400 m², has a stage and a control room. It can accommodate up to 438 people in a theatre-style layout or 300 guests for a meal. For a more intimate reception, the 105 m² function room can host up to 100 people seated, or 80 for a meal, and opens onto a small terrace. A 40 m² meeting room, designed for 16 people around a table, completes the available spaces.
The additional facilities make it easier to organise an event on site. A 73 m² kitchen is equipped to meet a caterer's needs, while a 53 m² bar has an integrated sound system. Depending on requirements and availability, equipment can also be hired, including a projector, a screen, a mobile sound system or a lighting console for the stage. Exhibition panels are also available.
The site includes a park of around one hectare and a car park with 103 spaces. The rooms are available at rates and under terms that vary according to the type of room, the duration and the applicant's profile. Booking requests and availability can be checked with the municipality of Volgelsheim. It is therefore advisable to check the conditions that apply to your event before preparing the set-up and programme.
