Bürgerhaus Rot is a venue and community meeting place in the Stuttgart district of Rot. Its rooms are available for meetings, public events, and rehearsals and practice sessions. The facilities are specifically intended for associations and organisations from Zuffenhausen. They are not generally available for private celebrations or commercial events. This makes the venue particularly suitable for event planners involved in local associations and organisations, rather than for a freely bookable company party or private wedding reception.
Several rooms with different uses are spread across around 500 m². The centrepiece is an approximately 342 m² hall on the upper floor. There is also a play and multi-purpose room, a room above the kitchen, a meeting room, and a cafeteria, which is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. A kitchen is provided. This means the venue can accommodate larger gatherings as well as smaller meetings and activities, depending on the occasion.
The Bezirksamt Zuffenhausen manages bookings and room allocation. Associations and organisations interested in using the venue should therefore contact the office before making plans to check availability and the applicable conditions. Bookings are not possible during the summer and Christmas holidays. Bürgerhaus Rot is a neighbourhood venue dedicated to community and public activities in Rot, offering several rooms under one roof.
