Kinder- und Jugendring Landkreis Leipzig e.v.

Glastener Str. 10, 04651 Bad Lausick, Germany

Alte Rollschuhbahn in Bad Lausick is a natural outdoor space for groups who want to spend time together, get active or put their own plans into action. Kinder- und Jugendring Landkreis Leipzig is developing the site as a meeting place and leisure venue. Youth organisations and other groups can enquire about hiring the site for day trips, camps and similar events.
A range of facilities for exercise and group activities include a dirt bike and pump track, skate areas, a mini ramp, a beach volleyball court, and play and activity areas. Depending on what is available, visitors can borrow bicycles, boards, scooters and helmets. A fire pit provides another option for spending time together outdoors. Workshop areas invite visitors to take part in practical and creative activities, such as building, repairing or making things.
The site is particularly suitable for youth groups, associations and initiatives looking for an open space for a leisure programme, camp or get-together. Partnerships and enquiries about using the site are also welcome. The facilities and natural surroundings give event planners plenty of scope to create their own group programme, rather than booking a ready-made event package.
Kinder- und Jugendring also runs inclusive leisure and educational activities at the site. This makes Alte Rollschuhbahn a place where meeting others and taking part together are at the heart of things. Anyone planning an event can contact the organisation directly to ask about site availability and borrowing games and sports equipment.
