Pleasant Grove Farm Venue

Pleasant Grove Farm is a wedding and event venue in northwest Charlotte, set across 20 acres of farmland around a historic house and a renovated barn. Its combination of indoor rooms and open countryside gives event planners several settings to consider, from a formal reception to an outdoor ceremony or a tented celebration.

The 4,500-square-foot, climate-controlled barn is the main reception space. It features post-and-beam construction, chandeliers, restrooms, Wi-Fi and doors that can open onto the surrounding grounds. The venue lists seating for up to 250 guests, with different capacities depending on the layout and whether a band or DJ is performing. Tables, chairs and mobile bars are available as part of the wedding arrangements.

The estate house offers a separate place for wedding parties to prepare, with a bridal suite, kitchen, shared living areas and access to the pool and patio. Outdoor ceremony options include the barn area, estate grounds and pasture, while the wider property provides room for photographs and outdoor event plans. The venue also describes its spaces as suitable for corporate events and intimate gatherings.

Wedding bookings include access to the property for the day, with the venue advertising a standard rental period from morning to evening. In-house bar packages are available, served by venue bartenders, and organisers can discuss catering arrangements and approved outside vendors. On-site parking and shuttle support between the parking area and barn help with guest access. Event planners can contact the team to arrange a tour and discuss the venue's spaces, availability and requirements.
