Kastanienhof, MediterranDesign GmbH

Statthalterhofweg 70, 50858 Köln, Germany

KastanienHof is an event venue in Köln-Junkersdorf that can be booked for private celebrations and business occasions. The stylishly renovated country estate combines indoor rooms with spacious outdoor areas, making it suitable for a range of event formats. Organisers can choose from three rooms and, depending on the occasion, also include the courtyard and an orchard in their plans.
The occasions specifically mentioned include weddings, non-religious wedding ceremonies, birthdays, family celebrations and Christmas parties. The estate also offers suitable options for businesses: conferences, training sessions, banquets, business lunches and evening events can be held in the various rooms. Different seating arrangements are available for presentations and work sessions, while the outdoor spaces provide room for receptions, informal networking or activities. Modern media technology supports business events.
The Stiftungssaal is located in a former barn. It has a foyer, large windows and an area of 310 square metres. According to the venue, it can host events for up to 190 people. Its facilities include a catering kitchen, a bar dispensing system, a sound system with a DJ booth and wireless microphones, as well as ventilation and air conditioning. For food and drink, KastanienHof points guests to its on-site kitchen and the team at Aufgetischt Catering.
The events team supports organisers with preparations and oversees proceedings on site. For outdoor celebrations, there is a paved area and an orchard. Free parking is also available on the grounds. This allows event planners to combine rooms, outdoor areas and support to suit the occasion and the desired schedule.
