Woodhaven Farm

Woodhaven Farm hosts corporate groups and private gatherings on a rural property in Johnstown, Ohio. Its central offering is hands-on cooking team building, where colleagues work in smaller groups to prepare a meal together under the guidance of a chef. The activity gives participants a shared, practical challenge involving communication, planning and problem solving, followed by time to enjoy the food they have made together.

The team-building experience is planned around the group. Organisers can discuss the number of participants, choose a menu and flag food allergies or preferences. Ingredients, recipes and cooking equipment are provided, and the barn's kitchen and dining area can accommodate groups of up to 60. The property also has an outdoor kitchen with grills and dining space.

Woodhaven Farm welcomes private groups for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers and rehearsal dinners, as well as other social gatherings. These events can bring friends, colleagues or family together for a cooking activity and shared meal in a farm setting. Alongside the converted barn, the grounds include two stocked ponds, a greenhouse and walking trails, offering a countryside backdrop for time together.

Event planners can enquire about suitable menus and arrangements for their group. The farm's combination of a chef-led cooking activity, a dedicated kitchen and dining space, and outdoor areas makes it suited to organisations looking for an interactive team day, as well as private hosts seeking a distinctive place to gather around food.
