Ellavations

ELLAVATIONS is a New York City event supplier offering entertainment and practical services for organisers of celebrations, corporate functions and public events. Its bookable performers include dancers for live shows, with options tailored to an event's theme and audience. Dance entertainment is promoted for occasions such as weddings, company parties, cultural events, festivals, product launches, birthdays and quinceañeras. The company also offers choreography and dance instruction for special celebrations, as well as children’s games and dance-party entertainment.

Organisers can also enquire about a supervised children’s lounge at their venue. This service provides a dedicated area with activities such as games, colouring, quiet play, music and light movement, supported by care hosts. It is intended for events where families are attending, including weddings, milestone celebrations and corporate gatherings. The company describes this as group childcare, with the specific arrangements coordinated around the venue and the children attending.

For event equipment, ELLAVATIONS rents items including folding tables and chairs, display stands, ice tables, cooler carts and backdrop arches. These rentals can help organisers furnish or dress a celebration without purchasing every item outright. The range and availability can be discussed when making an enquiry.

Based in Brooklyn, ELLAVATIONS serves event organisers in New York City and nearby areas. Its services can be considered individually, whether a planner needs a dance performance, activities for younger guests, event childcare or selected rental items. Organisers can share their event details with the business to ask about suitable options, availability and booking arrangements.
