Whispering Pines Farm

Whispering Pines Farm is a rural wedding and celebrations venue set among pine trees, pasture and open countryside in Roanoke, Alabama. Its 28-acre grounds offer organisers a choice of indoor and outdoor settings, with scenic spots around a pond, island gazebo, arch bridge, pergola, covered pavilion and open fields for ceremonies, photographs and time with guests.

At the heart of the property is an enclosed timber barn with room for up to 200 guests. The barn can accommodate both a ceremony and reception without requiring the space to be reset between them. A loft overlooking the main floor can be used for a DJ, a small band or a ceremony arrangement. Heating and air conditioning make the indoor space suitable throughout the year, while the outdoor areas provide alternatives when the weather is fine.

Wedding rentals include the barn and grounds, tables and chairs, tablecloths, runners, lanterns, candles, greenery and other decorative pieces. The venue also has two private dressing suites, restrooms, a prep and warming kitchen, parking and a covered area. The kitchen is available for food preparation and warming, rather than full meal cooking. Couples can choose their own caterer, photographer and florist, so organisers are not tied to a required vendor list.

The rental package includes time for a rehearsal as well as the wedding day, giving couples and their suppliers more room to prepare.
