Royal Cornwall Events Centre

The Royal Cornwall Events Centre is a large, flexible venue in Whitecross, just outside Wadebridge in Cornwall. It offers event organisers a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces for gatherings ranging from small meetings to exhibitions and large-scale events. The site includes two exhibition halls, a purpose-built Pavilion Centre and extensive open grounds, making it suitable for a broad mix of business, public and personal occasions.

Organisers can enquire about using the venue for exhibitions, trade events, festivals, shows, meetings and other gatherings. The centre's varied spaces allow events to be planned at different scales, whether the priority is an indoor hall, a dedicated pavilion or room to spread activities across the grounds. The venue hosts hundreds of events throughout the year, demonstrating its ability to accommodate a varied calendar.

Practical facilities support the work of organisers and exhibitors. Large hard-standing parking areas provide space for more than 2,000 cars. The exhibition halls have accessible loading bay doors for setting up and taking down events, alongside a dedicated parking area for exhibitors. Public and private Wi-Fi options are available, and guest Wi-Fi covers most of the showground. A floor plan of the exhibition halls is also provided to help with planning layouts.

Located on the A39 with access from the A30 and within reach of Newquay Airport, the centre is positioned for visitors travelling from around Cornwall and further afield. Event organisers can contact the venue team to discuss their requirements and make an enquiry about hosting an event.
